Any recommendations on who I should hit up to install my Prinsu Rack in the Sacramento/Norcal area? It looks pretty easy but I rather get it done from someone whose done it before. Let me know if anyone knows of someone I can reach out to.

Stellar built does all of that in sac. Be ready to pay premium though. Otherwise, if you trust a guy in here, may be able to do it cheaper.

A few mods here and there and counting....
There are a ton of install videos on YouTube. Grab a pack of silicone and install it w a friend. It’s super easy! Hell, you can do it solo as many has.

The only time you need/want a second pair of hands is placing the assembled rack on the roof. I did it solo. Removed several crossbars to make it lighter. Covered the truck roof in corrugated cardboard.

There's enough people in the Sac/NorCal area that'll help you out.
Shit, I'll do it for a 6 pack. And I'm working on one of my vehicles already so all tools ready

Can someone chime in on the PRINSU's suitability to install and take off when not in use?

Is it practical to do install / remove as needed? (Can it be done in a few minutes?)
When removed, does it leave brackets sticking up awkwardly?

Is the re a way to remove in a clean way without having odd hardware in place or having to re-seal where the brackets go each time (- I read silicone must be used)

    Thank you!

No. Once its on, its on. Again the silicone and you are sealing it against the weather.

When removed, does it leave brackets sticking up awkwardly? No, just 10 holes in the roof

Is there a way to remove in a clean way without having odd hardware in place or having to re-seal where the brackets go each time? I'm sure theres A way, but reasonably...no.

It's not that hard. I did it myself (and I'm not a big guy). The hardest part was cutting the holes in the weatherstripping. The punch technique didn't quite work for me so I had to cut using an exactly knife and wire snips.

Yeah I just done mines solo cause I have no friends. I actually built it on the roof. Loosely installed the rails first, then the corners, then the rails.
The hardest part was snipping the seals. I envisioned a nice clean black hole, but alas, it never comes out clean. So I just cut it. It's covered by the rails anyway and for extra measure, squirted some extra silicone up in there.
