Power window fuse sizes?

    255/85/R16 Falken Wildpeak MTs, Mobtown sliders, ARB bar, SOS front skid, Icon RXT leafs, extended & adjustable Kings, JBA UCAs, OVS wedge RTT, dual AGM batteries, Gen2 xrc9.5 winch, CB, GMRS, S1 ditch lights...
    So this is a random question.. Why does the drivers front window have a 30A fuse? The other three have a 20A fuse. Assuming Im interpreting the D FR P/W label correctly.

    Because at the drivers switch panel you can activate more than 1 window at a time.

    Canopy, fitted seat covers, OBA with self leveling air bags, 100w solar, dual Rhino Rack Pioneer platforms, side & rear LED work/FU lights, CB, cell booster. 7x16 cargo conversion, 3" lift, 7'x6.5' fold down aluminum rear deck.
    Driver switch controls all windows. Other switches only control one.

    Dang it. Beat to the punch again.

    Are the actuators relay'd through the door switches? Or do the switches directly control the actuators?

    There’s only 1 relay for the PWs. It’s on the back of the fusebox to supply power to the whole system when the key is on. I soldered mine shut so the PWs work anytime. There’s a single LED in the drivers switch panel that stays on all the time but it’s not enough draw to run the battery dead. The switches directly control the motors.

    Seems odd then that they would use a 30A for the entire system, but 20A each for the 3 separate ones..

    Yeah, it is, but that’s the way they did it. Obviously 20A is way overkill for each individual circuit.
