Couldn't find this all in one place, so here it is.

My truck is an 06 4cyl, but I believe this information is common to most 2nd gen.

The low pressure hose is 10mm ID hose onto a barb into the reservoir at the top, at the bottom it is a 17mm x 1.5mm pitch thread with an O ring seal on the end. The original fitting adapts this to a 10mm ID hose barb. Yes it really is a 17mm fine thread, I had never seen one before either!

I couldn't find any adapters for this, so ended up using the original, once I had cleaned it up. Just some 10mm ID transmission hose and two hose clips, removing the convoluted cooling twist. I may turn an adapter for this at some point and perhaps put an inline cooler in just to tidy things up. I replaced that hose a year ago and it doesn't run particularly hot, though I don't do serious twisty off road.

The high pressure hose is a 16mm x 1.5mm threaded banjo and bolt on the pump end and a 16mm x 1.5mm pitch thread with the same o-ring seal as the low pressure side.

For this hose I was going to turn an adapter but found a cheap steel one (search for 16mm power steering adapter) to go from the 16mm o-ring to a 6AN at the rack. At the pump end I cut and welded a 6AN fitting to the original banjo, which was in decent shape. You can get premade 6AN banjo fittings pretty easily. Once you have 6AN fittings either end it's easy to put a braided PTFE hose between them.

Grainger have some steel AN weldable plugs for $2 each, actually listed as JIS -6 9/16"–18 UNF. Same thing just not the same tolerances, mine seal fine.

I ended up using both orings from the reman rack, which were 1.8mm CS x 7.5mm ID
