Halloween is approaching. Post up your costume ideas for your parties this year (or past years). I am also looking for ideas.

 

I want to do this one to take my son trick or treating but he might be too young this year...

here are two of mine. I started a zombie crawl in my town and we have around 2000 people (zombies) show up each year. I try and do a different famous zombie each year

 

haha! that is awesome. I thought about going the simple zombie route. for an upcoming halloween party the famous zombie route is a good touch!

How does one start a zombie crawl ? Sounds like something my town needs!

 

I am thinking of this one. bathroom wall guy and I ill be carrying a sharpie for everyone to write whatever they want. Should be interesting.

make a facebook page for the event and invite everyone you know. set a date and a place. plan a route to "shamble" around. attatch a non-profit charity to it to get more people to come and accept donations for said non-profit. Ask a local radio station for an interview for the event. Our first year we used our local animal shelter, raised $1,100, and had around 200 zombies.

This is our 4th year, last year we cleared $14,000 after expenses and had around 2,000 people but we now have a 5k as well. It can be as simple or as complicated as you want it.

There was this 'haunted forest' thing that they did down south, the guys would run after you with chain saws. They saws were running but the chains were removed. It was a pretty good prank, got your heart rate up.

I went to abingtonzombies.com this weekend and one thing they did was chase you with a chainsaw.
