Just installed a camera and pop and lock in the tailgate. Camera works great and I've got the pop and lock wires ran up to the driver front kick plate. Instructions provided and YouTube video say tap into the blue w/black stripe and blue w/ red stripe. I only have solid blues.

    Any advice?

The diagrams for the 2013 show the same colors.
    Blue/Red and Blue/Black.

I appreciate this, but the photo alone is over my head. How do I go about locating these wires?

The 1F (spots 1 & 2) shown is from an Access Cab, that's why there are no lock wires on it.

Hmm. Still confused. The photo you posted yesterday looks reversed, 1 was top left, new photo is top right.
My access cab has power locks, I'm still not understanding. I did find a blue w/red and blue w/black far away from where the directions say to look, photo attached. Tapped them and it didn't work though.

If you take a patient look, you'll notice the slot numbers are the same. Is the orientation of the connector and the number. Using a DMM, touch the pins at these locations while you lock n unlock.
If you were to route the wires from the rear on passenger side, there's the unused connector for the rear doors. All that you'd need would be the missing terminals. They would be crimped to the tailgate lock wires and inserted in the proper slots. (after removal at location and releasing the terminal lock on the connector before insertion of terminals.)

Wrong location...the connector 1F is attached to the Body ECU (where the cab fuses reside) See post #5
