I hate you Derek! Tell your grandparents my birthday is next month. See if they will send me a roll of cash. Pleeeease! Unit looks good. Hope you enjoy it. Let me know if the navigation lags behind your actual postition. Biggest complaint I have heard. I will let you be my guinnea pig befor I buy mine. But then again, just found out I am having twins, so probably no radio for me. Oh well!

The GPS doesn't lag or anything, but the maps that Pioneer provided are (literally) about 10 years old...I'm a little disappointed in that. I'm looking for a map update of some sort but I can't seem to find one....Anybody know what I can do?

It also doesn't display MPH like my old GPS did, I just thought that was cool. (My speedometer is off...) :p

Other than that though it's pretty good!

Yes! I emailed the company that does the navigation for Pioneer (TeleAtlas) and they've already corrected the data that I sent into them and it will be on the next update coming out this summer.

I'm gonna be honest...I haven't read any of this thread, and I'm not going to apologize if my question has alredy been answered :p

How well do the buttons match the factory orange dash lights? In some of the pictures they look a little on the pink side. Or did you do that to compliment your purple shorts?

A few other members and myself installed it in a few hours.

The kit is a Metra kit from Amazon.

Ah sorry for not getting back to you!

The lights actually constantly change, I don't know if there's a way to actually set it to one color...

I don't mind it changing though...

It's a pretty good unit! No complaints. :)

Sweet deal. I still plan on getting one of those...of course, I plan on getting a lot of things.
