    Yes, I have been doing that but wasn't able to find much pics. It seems like its not that common of a size. most are running them on 15in for 1st gens.

    you can look at 285/70R17 which is .3" smaller in diameter and 1.3" smaller in width

    The reason I am looking at 33x12.5r17 is because I am getting 5 free bfg AT tires for free in that size. 4 have about 75% left and the 5th is brand new.

    Yea. I plan to. But trying to see what wheels look good. I like the FN Countersteer Type X. but its a 4.1 backspacing and I am not sure if that will provide the clearance needed for a 33x12.5 on a 1st gen.
