IMG_0310.jpg IMG_0309.jpg Here are a couple of pics from this evening at the TX State Fair of a TRD Off-road Cement with leather. I guess you call it a TRD Off-road Premium? Sorry the pictures aren't that good. I would have taken more but my wife and daughter were bugging me to leave.

So glad it’s black leather and not that awful brown leather in the Limited.

    Thanks jnw32 for the pics.

Hmm, I didn't notice it one way or the other. Probably still chrome then, because it might have stood out to me otherwise.

Do you think the leather is aftermarket, like the other items that have been added on?

Or did it show on a sticker somewhere as a factory item?

I don't think it was aftermarket, but I didn't see a sticker. Not sure if there was one. Really wanted to look at it closer, but we were on the way out and my wife and daughter were after me to leave. Unfortunately, they don't share my Taco obsession.

The rear sliding window switch is missing. There appears to be a flush switch in its place, but I can’t make out what it’s for.

Automatic high beams! It’s the high beam symbol with the word “AUTO” beneath it.

Begs the question what did they do with the sliding rear window switch...if they put it below the radio I’ll be pissed!

I think they take them all off at the Fair so they won't get stolen.

Man, the new black leather interior looks awesome! I was originally planning to add aftermarket black Katzkin leather on my new Tacoma, but now I wont have to.

I really hope Toyota also fixes the rear differential and improves the retarded gearing (3.9, wtf?) and, of course, improves the automatic transmission and shift mapping. If not, I'll fix these damn things myself. But it sure would be cooler if they did it considering it's a $40k truck.

    .

The seats felt pretty good. Only sat in them a second though.
