So I got this with my truck and was wondering what it was. Is it a wax or sealant? Or just cleans the paint before I wax it myself?

When in doubt, throw it away and get / use something you can identify and trust. Looks like dealer magic foo-foo gel to me.

Any news on what this stuff is? They put a tube of it in my truck after the 10,000 mile service.

From the label it sounds like the kind of polish they call a "paint cleanser". These will have little or no cut and works by using cleaning agents rather than abrasives.

Being you probably have to work it by machine to get decent results there are far too many known good products to use before this.
