So I've got a 2008 Tacoma 4 cylinder that I've redone all the intake on to fix possible vacuum leaks and replaced the pcv valve and the air fuel sensor and it's still giving me a system to lean code and the 2195 saying sensor stuck in lean position. Does anyone have any idea what I might check next? Also the short term fuel trim and long term fuel trim are running at 20% at idle???

Fuel pressure and MAF sensor would be the first things I'd check.

Can't remember the fuel pressure spec but MAF should be about 2.7 G/s at a hot idle for a 2.7l.

    Have you checked/replaced the O2 sensor(s) itself?

Thanks and ya I replaced the maf recently I'll put the scanner on it again and check the live data on the maf I want to say it was reading somewhere around 3 but it's got the k&n cold air intake so im not sure if that's standard for it or not. I'll see what's going on with the fuel pressure to. I think all my problems are in cylinder 1 so I'll check that injector also. Thanks again.

2.7 Fuel pressure is 41 psi
    I wouldn’t worry if it’s +/- a couple psi.

Your truck isn’t up to operating temp.
It needs to be 170f or more to get a good reading.

Shouldn't the fuel trim be at 0 at idle weather it's warm or not?

    Not in Open Loop.
But your truck is in Closed Loop.
So yes, it should be -10/+10 Total when warm (ST+LT=Total)

Alright so I just unhooked the battery so it would reset then let it warm up until the engine light came back on so here's the data of the freeze frame info which is what the readings are at the time the codes were triggered for the engine light
