First time post here - recently bought a 2015 Tacoma with a Magnuson supercharger. Since I’ve gotten it, I’ve had the CEL with a P0113 IAT sensor code pop up multiple times. Anyone ever had this issue with their 2nd gen? Also, I’ve had trouble figuring out if the IAT is housed together with the MAF sensor? Any help or suggestions would be great.

The IAT and MAF are one unit.

If you have a scan too, turn on the scan too and look at active data.
P0113 is an open circuit code. Make sure the MAF is plugged in good.
While wiggling the connector, look at the scan tool and see if it jumps between -40 degrees AND outside air temp readings while messing with the connector. If so, you have a connection issue.

If it stays at a -40 degree or really low temperature, it's most likely a bad MAF/IAT sensor.

You can test it if you want.
But it's a fairly simple circuit.
    The ECM rarely fails.
So it's either a connection issue (connector/wires) or a bad MAF.

Sorry for the delayed reply - thanks for the info! I ended up removing the MAF and cleaning it off with MAF sensor cleaner and then re-installed and reset CEL. So far so good, the CEL hasn’t popped on again after a week.
