Interested in the OTT tunes, do you have to go through an authorized retailer or can you purchase a tuner and do it yourself? I am a newbie, coming from diesel land…

I understand if someone is wanting custom tuning to accommodate larger tires, gearing, etc you would probably need to deal with a retailer/professional. In my case, truck will remain stock.

    Thanks In advance!

You can purchase the tune hardware and license for your truck from OVTune and then you can buy the tune pack from OTT to flash it yourself.

Cheapest option is to find an authorized tuner near you get it flashed by them for a couple hundred bucks..I think the average rate is around $400~.

As mentioned above you can purchase and do yourself. But it's around $750, where a tuner will do it at $400 to $500. I had OTT, installed a few months ago and couldn't be happier. I have the lite/medium installed.

What are the Hp/torque ratings for each level of the OTT (lite vs medium vs spicy..etc)?

I'd suggest checking out that thread dangeroso linked for a rabbit hole of info, but to answer your question, each level corresponds to the responsiveness of the throttle, not the HP/TQ ratings.

    Way too many to list
I’d go the local retailer route. The cost of the software/hardware kit is $400+ and you’d still have to purchase the tune itself. I payed $450 for my OTT flash, but that was with a $50 “meet me half way” charge.

Not at this time unfortunately. It is something on our radar but we are waiting for a more complete library of files to be available before we offer it.

Did you notice any changes in the gas mileage at all? Did it improve, get worse, or stay the same?

Got the OTT tune on my 2022 Tacoma a year ago. Lately I’ve noticed my Rpm seem to get stuck when I don’t warm up the engine. Would be driving down the block and releasing the gas pedal to make a stop, instead the rpm dropping it would gradually increase like my foot is still on the gas pedal. Would only last for a sec or 2. Anyone having the same problem?

Never heard of this issue. Where are you located and have you reached out to the tuner that installed OTT on your truck? I’d start there.
