    Hello all,

I just wanted to inform everyone about this company called oru designs. This is a pop up camper company based out of southern California that was created several years ago. Recently I have purchased one in November and has been leaking ever since I bought it. After over a month of sending them videos and emailing back and forth they finally decided that my camper was compromised and needed to be replaced. It has now been almost 4 months and they still don't know when they can replace it. I thought I did enough research on all the campers out there that wasn't a slide in, this one had everything that I wanted and apparently I made a mistake. I should have gone with a FWC project m because at least they're located everywhere, as this company is only based in socal. So here's my warning and take my mistake as your gain if you're in the market for something like this. I spent 15k on this and I regret it so much. If anyone wants more photos or details about this, feel free to reach out.

I feel for you. How tight are your latches?

I have 70 nights in my Tenfold and noticed water intrusion at around night 50 right after driving through a storm. I had to sleep on a soaked mattress. I initially thought it was the front corners because according to them, they forgot to rivet down the tent in the corners, which caused the tent to move up.

I riveted the front so the tent is now fully secure, but still got a little water going in. The water is most likely going under the bulb seal, collects onto the rivet rail, and just drips into the camper through the rivets. This is most likely caused by the front of the wedge not being clamped down tightly. I also noticed I can stick a finger under the seal and feel the tent, even when the wedge is closed and secured.

My Tenfold only came with two latches, located in the rear. I know for a fact it doesn't leak in the rear because the clamps are on tight. I'm going to install two up front to secure the wedge down more to limit water from coming under the seal. I also sealed the rivet holes with silicone.

Still rainy in our area so I'll report back if any of my attempts worked.

Mine are as tight as they can go. The hinges are compromised as well with a lot of other people who have bruins. They finally got me down to replace the tent portion in April, but I have to drive to Flagstaff so I have to waste pto, throw an extra 1200 miles on my truck for no reason just to get this fixed. At least you're close for when things go wrong.

Clamps worked after a few days of rain and wind. Hope they get it all fixed for you though man.
