Driver's side Low Beam Headlight doesn't work, but passenger low beam works just fine. Both High Beams work also. I changed the bulb three times already, installed new wiring harness, installed new relay, and new related fuses.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Maybe a bad socket? Can you check it with a multimeter to ensure the bulb is making connection?

Typically a burnt spade on the connector. Look closely at the harness pins.

Make sure you have power on both sides of the HEAD (LO LH) Fuse (10A), if that's good pull it out and check for burnt/corroded pins. If you don't find anything there check for power on the Red/Yellow wire at the headlight.

Fixed! You were right on about the "bad socket". I changed the old one out for a new one and now headlight works like a charm....low beam, hi-beam, everything. Perfect advice. You really made my day! THANK YOU!
