Omega Excalibur Rs-475-3d installed, wireless entry not working

Hey, all! I just installed an Omega Excalibur Rs-475-3d remote start in my m/t truck. I must have a wire loose or a fuse blown, because now keyless entry isn't working with either the new remote nor my old key. The new system is receiving commands from the new remotes, but I can't get remote start to crank, nor keyless entry to work. Auto door locks work on door panel. Any idea what I should look for as the cause? Any help would be appreciated

Update: I figured it out. The module was having trouble reading at the OBDII port. Simply unplugging it and plugging it back in worked
