Here's a how-to video I made on installing the Old Man EMU CS047R leaf packs on my 2013 DCSB. Finished it in 1 day. Probably could have shaved a lot of time off of the install if I wasn't making a video.

Nice job. Your frame really looks clean. You must have power washed before the operation.

    Nice video!

I've had mine on for almost 2 yrs and love them. Both empty and when pulling my 3500lb boat.

    Highly recommend.

Drives great. Ride is slightly stiffer, but really not too bad. And especially nice to get that extra lift and load capacity. Haven't loaded it up yet, but I'll let you guys know how it rides when I do.

How much of a lift did this pack give you over stock? Thinking about going with these and pushing my billies up to the top notch and want to know if my truck will remain level.

Thanks ^, sounds like I would be about 1.5 higher in the back than the front if I was to go this way. I can live with that.

    Great video!

Some instructions for Dakars say to use Toyota OE bushings in the springs eyes. However my CS047R packs came with poly bushings so I used them instead.

My question is what are people torquing the spring-side shackle bolt to? The FSM calls for 89 ft-lb on these bolts but going that high on poly bushings seems to make them mushroom out as though the bushing sleeve is just a little short.

I went to 55 ft-lb but wanted to throw it out there to see what the hive's thought is here.
