Changing my spark plugs for the third time (90k service) and I noticed a small amount of oil on my middle driver side ignition coil? Can’t be normal right?

Probably your valve cover gasket leaking (small seals around the spark plug holes)

How did the plug look? I had oil on my #3 plug last change and replaced it. Haven't had an issue. I wouldn't worry about it. Tube seals may be starting to leak but you'd have a mis fire if it was an issue.

Plugs all looked good. Dry. Gaps normal. I’m still under my 100k warranty period.... but I don’t really like other people touching my truck. Hmmmm

Valve cover leaking, not worth replacing gasket with that little oil leakage, seen far worse that didn't misfire.

Ok, so no cause for concern then? My 100k warranty expires in 8k miles so I just wanted to make sure it's nothing I need to address before then.

No cause for concern. It'll probably be 150k before it becomes an issue.

Most of the time you won't. Only symptoms you'll have might be a misfire, though that's only usually in extreme cases. If you're the OCD type then just plan on checking it each spring or some similar schedule. Replace the gaskets when the oil starts to pool on the tip of the coil.

Less than 100000 miles it shouldn’t be leaking so soon. Thing about leaks is they don’t get better, they just get worse and leak more. First I’d snug up the bolts that hold the valve cover to torque specs. See if that stops the leak. Also are you sure a little oil wasn’t accidentally spilled in that area during a recent oil change?? Clean the area up and check it once a week to see if still leaking.
Also since you still have a warranty, after you’ve done the above go see if they will cover that under warranty? Take advantage of the warranty if you can. For me any leak is unacceptable.

No oil was spilled. I was going to look up the torque spec on the valve cover, I had a similar problem with my 99 T4R that snugging bolts helped.

That's my thoughts too, I have the warranty, may as well use it.

If you've got a warrenty I would take advantage of it and get the dealer to replace the leaking gasket.
