The guy (or gal) at the store will be able to help determine that for you.

For what it's worth, I run a Mobil 1 M1-209 filter. Same size seal and threads as the standard size, but the filter is larger. Easy upgrade.

    I'd also never run wix...

Used to wear a shirt with the part number, but alas I no longer have a Tacoma or 4Runner.

I had a couple extras left from my 1st gen, they fit the Kohler on my mower nicely :D

they're a pretty common base size, they will also fit a 3.0l ford taurus (and I assume plenty of other models) lol

Funny we were told to use WIX filters on our Ford 6.7 by the sales person.

Isn't the Mobil 1 M1-209 filter the same as the Ford MotorCraft FL400S? I just ordered the FL400S to see if it will fit on the 2.4L engine on my 95 taco. If it does, then it would be a pretty good and affordable filter. $4 on Amazon and Walmart.

Yep, they cross reference. It's pretty much always on the shelf at Walmart and the parts houses. I've used them on several different Toyotas.
