Oil Filter wrench for 2.7L?

    Yeah no kidding.

    I haven't done my first oil change on my used Taco yet. I got a Fumoto Drain Valve and plan to do my own changes in the future. I heard these engines have a super annoying filter that is high up and you need a filter wrench to really break it loose, vs using your hands. So I'm just trying to plan ahead.

    The one you show fits these Filters..
    Toyota 90915-YZZF1, 90118-WBA40, 90915-10009, 90915-YZZN1

    I think the one I use is the YZZD3, so do I not need a wrench for the 2.7L?

    Always best to get the right size filter wrench when you only have one size filter to remove.

    I got a few other ones laying around my toolbox over the years, worst case. Sounds like the 2.7 uses standard screw on filter, so worst case, I jam a screw driver in that bitch and unturn it if it's too tight. :muscleflexing:
