Offset calculator?

Hey guys I was wondering how I could tell what an offset would be with wheel spacers. For example I have some 3rd gen Trd Offroad wheels which I know are a positive offset but I have 1.25” spider trax spacers does anyone know what the offset would be with this setup? Thanks

+25 - 31.75 (25.4x1.25) = -6.75.

What exactly are you trying to determine from this though? Offset being calculated with a spacer is kind of weird. Are you trying to compare where it would sit relative to other aftermarket rims with a known offset?

 

Exactly I want to see if it would be equivalent to like a zero offset but I see now it closer to a -6 correct?

 

The reason I wanted to clarify the purpose was because while it's "like a -6", it's only like a -6 on a 7" rim. Offset factors in the width of the rim. Very few aftermarket rims are 7" wide, so you won't have the same result on a stock 7" wheel placed to be near -6mm offset as you would an aftermarket 8" or 8.5" rim with -6 offset. Same for 0 offset. If you're trying to make it look like an aftermarket wheel that has 0 offset, you need to know the width of the aftermarket wheel you're trying to model after becuase it's probably not 7".

 

Ok makes sense so most likely will be on a 17x8.5 wheel. I’m actually using the current 3rd gen wheels and spacers on my 1st gen tundra and the stance is pretty good but a little more negative offset would sit flusher
