Dam Boys! that was some fun shit most def. Well me, doug, and rick just got back from down there. We hit the windcaves through the Split Top Mountain Trail and just kept going till it dead ended and then we went through another and another and so on, and so on:D:D It sure was fun. wish the rest of you could have finished out the day with us it was a blast.. We left the last trail head in the dark. Kinda crazy, but fun as hell..

I will get the pics i took up by tomarrow! going to take a hot shower and get all this sand off me:D:D:D:D

Wow , now THAT was a day of wheelin' , I shoulda reset the trip odometer but I'd say that close to 40-50 miles of just trailing wouldn't be far off the mark. BIG reps for Matt for twisting my arm to go !! (like he really had too) & BIG reps for Richard ( Single fin) for his maps & navigation of the area that I had pretty much forgotten about. ( Old timers memory lapse) & BIGGER reps for pics Bro'. Rick's buddy Mike is my new hero. this little guy with HUGE HEART has brass balls for getting the killer videos & pics while standing in the back of Rick's truck mutitasking the media with cams in both hands !! (no worries, Rick was going slow enough not to throw the media master out) Josh, damn dude it was great you made it out, you & Rick are "mudducks", & Nathan , it was great to meet you & your GF Shelby, Nathan ,by the way is the new "Deep water mud duck". You saw the puddle & went for it & wellllll !!! Next time bring your floaties dude !! lol, I wish you guys that had to leave a little early coulda stayed for the Split Mountain bonus trails, the last one we took was probably the best of the day IMO, ummm did I leave anyone out ?.......:D:D:D

All I can say about that trip was WOW. We didn't find a lot of mud holes but the one we did find paid the rent!!! (as you can see in the pictures) It seems like everytime I go out with Doug and Matt we always get into some shit and make the best out of it. Joseph my bad dude kicking all that mud on yah but "God made dirt...and dirt don't hurt" buddy  Nate hahahaha dude the mud hole was some funny shit dude. Did you wake up the old lady when you got stuck? next time I'll bring you a rubber ducky Devil Dog. Richard, I didn't get to chit chat withy ou much but I'm totally jealous of you front bumper dude. What a way to spend my 30th birthday...with cool ass dude that loves getting dirty. The last trail Me, Matt, and Doug hit up is probably the most scenic trail I've been on. Makes you feel really small in those canyons. When we got done I had a **** hair less then 1/8 of a tank of gas left and didn't think I was gonna make it to Julian to fill some gas. I made it :D It ran a little later then I'd expected and with out any cell phone reception it made it hard for my wife to get ahold of me hahahahahaha. She thought we'll be done by 5-6ish so she can pick up a sectional she wanted off Craigslist....But I didn't make it in the front dorr till 9:15 and by that time the dude had already sold it :(.

Mike (my partner in crime) took some pretty gnarly pictures
and videos...we'll post it up tonight. He mad a little movie of the trip and I'll have him post it up
