I recently bought a 2000 Tacoma and she needs tires. I am new to Tacoma's and was hoping to find some slightly agressive off-road type tires for it. There is no lift and I am not currently interested in changing that. It appears there are some BF Goodrich A/T that will fit it (LT195/75-14R). Does anyone have experience with off road tires on these little 2wd trucks ? I don't plan on purposefully taking it through any mud or loose dirt environments, but the places I hunt and the places I race my dirt bike often become mud-fests after an unexpected rain fall or will become sandboxes if there is no rain. I am not necessarily interested in putting on the largest tires but more concerned about knowing what my options are for off-road tread tires.

Here's some BF A/T that appear to fit it

I have Firestone Destination AT 225/70x14 on my 96' 2wd.

Walmart carries or can get a different brand of AT in the same size as above

I would love to upgrade to a 15" wheel as there are more tire choices
