Off grid camping Yuba River?

Kind of a crappy area to camp but...

Did you try googling "free camping near yuba river" before asking others to give out their camping spots?

 

You might also try out the region specific subforums. The majority in this sub just camp at the mall.

 

With all these fucking influencers and u tube all the great spots are going to be gone

So......I figured Tacoma World was for owners of Tacoma’s that supported each other with knowledge of upgrading their rigs and supported in actually using their non mall crawlers to get out doors. Apparently it’s just a bunch of wise ass’s to support mall crawlers and selfishly just use this platform to talk shit. My bad. Keep your forum and your opinions and don’t expect me to come running if any of you get stuck.

Yeah, sounds about right. I mean we do help each other, but most of us here in the 3rd gen forum are not from Cali, but all the people in the cali forum are from cali, so we wont be much help.

The idea was to boon dock camp. Those aren’t listed. If I’m on Tacoma World chances are I used google to get here in the first place. Yes, I did google it and it just wasn’t as secluded as I liked. I’ve found several spots on my own I would only give up to other Tacoma World members until now. I guess I broke the mold in being a good neighbor. I too am not a fan of ass hats on Instagram selling out good spots. If Tacoma world isn’t a good ol boys club that what the f#ck is its purpose?

Boon dock sites are on freecampsites.net brotha! Another one is campendium, but I have “meh” luck with it.

 

Did you try google earth by any chance? I usually have good luck finding spots combining google earth and the national forest or BLM websites.

 

There’s a lot of helpful people on here but if you lose it and turn on the people your asking a question to after 2-3 responses. Just because they don’t answer your question. You’re not ready for the internet. May have better luck posting in your local sub forum.

Thank you for your support. I have tried google earth and BLM and ended up on weed grows and shitty situations.

 

Look for areas with higher elevation. And not as close proximity to the river. They must be using it for irrigation.
