Anyone know if the OEM wiper arms that allow for just the blades to be replaced are still purchasable? I searched this forum and only found part numbers for the inserts, and the pictures from the wiper arms from dealership websites look different than that of the images I'm seeing on this forum.

    Thanks.

Edit: I didn't mean to say arm, I'm speaking more to the wiper blades that we often replace every 1-2 years, my brain slipped when writing this.

I'm seeing part number 85211-04030 for both right and left for my 2006. Looks like they are still for sale from Toyota. I can't confirm it's the same or different that what I got but Hope that helps

I realize now I shouldn't have said wiper arm, I meant the actual wiper blade, not sure why I said arm. Their is supposedly a wiper blade/assembly where you can change just the wiper blade insert without buying an entire new assembly, was just curious if anyone had a part number on that assembly.

If you are talking about the wiper blade frames that hold the replaceable inserts: they are still available. If you are referring to the arms the blade frames attach to: I would assume they would still be available, but can't confirm.

For reference, the part numbers for the blade frames with the rubber inserts (for a 2014 (ordered 1/2023) are:
    LH/Driver 85222-04030
    RH/Passenger 85212-04031

Yes, frame! That's the word I couldn't think of.

Those are what I saw, but was unsure if that was the correct part number as the picture I saw wasn't exactly the same as some I had seen on this forum. That led to me being confused.

    Thanks.

The part numbers, especially for the re-fills are all over the place for these and some Toyota sites give conflicting part numbers for them and list the left and right refills with the same part numbers in some cases even though the lengths are different. My truck is a 2014, but I can confirm that my son's 2005 has a 22" blade on the driver's side and a 21" on the pass side...same as mine. I have "supposed" part numbers for just the inserts, but I'd be hesitant to post them here and have people get the wrong inserts. Even the dealer parts guy was confused when I called and he looked them up, but confirmed if they weren't right on an online order, he would make it right.

My OEM blade frames were gone when I got the truck and replaced with crappy generic no-name replacements. The OEMs are a little pricey, but well worth it IMO. They are smooth, quiet and do an excellent job at any speed. The OEM replacement refill inserts are about 1/3 the cost of anything at a parts store, last a long time and are excellent as well.

I can confirm that also. And I will post part numbers for the inserts, with the caveat that numbers are sometimes superceded and the receipt I found is from 2018.

21" insert is p/n 85214-01011, and 22" insert is p/n 85214-0E020. Do your homework and verify those numbers -- but online searching suggests they are still valid.

Were the OEM frames that you ordered the part numbers mentioned above if you recall?

Thank you. I did the homework and provided my VIN. The dealer parts guy found the conflicting info and advised me to call him before I pushed the button on the on-line order for their site. That way, I wouldn't have to take the dent and eat the expense for ordering the incorrect parts and the shipping. He also told me to consider saving the shipping charges and coming in to pick them up myself (10 mile drive) so I would walk out of there with the correct parts.

Yes: right off the Toyota Genuine Part sticker on the plastic sleeve they came in.
