Recently bought an OEM Tonneau Cover that didn’t include the hardware. Pretty much have the full list of parts I need but was wondering if there is a part that goes on those two bolts above and below the mounting bolt that locks the tonneau cover in place? Or is it just normally like that?

I think thats the picture of the opposite side since the release handle is right there. I’m referring to the side under where you screw in the locking bolt in order to lock/take off the whole tonneau cover itself.
