I got one off AMAZON last Aug - installed immediately and it has worked perfectly since then. Don't know for a fact how "new" the map is - but most of what info I knew had changed (between Tucson and Tulsa) was accurate. Followed their installation directions to the letter. Supplier was ARERCO.

Prior to this my dash unit was really "acting up" at random and none of the "fixes" espoused on TW ever had any lasting effect. It has made me suspect that the whole problem with the dash unit could have been due to poor contact with the original nav SD card. After my experience with this - I wished I'd tried cleaning the socket contacts and reseating the original SD a long time ago.

My wife's 2019 4Runner has had two updates using the microSD cards (both from fleaBay). No issues...
