OEM Bed Anchor Hardware Replacement

Hey all,
I pulled the anchors mounted in the corners of my bed to bedline the truck and it was a b****! Looks like someone already about stripped a couple trying to get them out before and I fear if I reattach with these screws, it might be the last time those anchors ever come off/on. Anyone know where to get replacement fasteners? (preferably w/o buying entirely new anchors)

 

You mean for the rope hooks?

Those are JIS.

Philips don't work well on those.

FWIW I am pretty sure I bought some of those at my local Toyota dealership. Worth a call. I didn't have a part number, just told the guy what they were for.
