OEM backup camera

I am trying to install an OEM backup camera on my camper using OEM wiring harness of my 2019 TRD OR DC. I had been looking for exact backup camera match which is part number 86790-04040(rear camera for models 2018-19 and 20). The price is ridiculously high $450-600. I have many cheaper used options if I could use part number 86790-04030 which refers to backup camera on 2016 and 2017 models only.
It seems strange because both cameras use the same harness. Anybody knows the difference between two part numbers? and any idea if I can use 2016-2017 camera on my truck?
I would like to stick to original wiring and not interested to use any after market cameras.
