Anyone successfully use their OEM Backup Camera with an aftermarket radio? The aftermarkets require a rca input but the factory wiring is setup for the factory radio which mean no rca. Any and all help is appreciated. I'm going from an Entune Nav Radio to a Pioneer 4000NEX in a 2014 DBL Cab that had the backup camera in the dash.

    Getting there...
Pretty sure it's doable. Unless the camera output has changed/Entune is different. Previous owner of my truck had installed an aftermarket Pioneer HU and the camera is wired to that and the rearview mirror still. I didn't check what the wires were last time I was back there, but I'm pretty sure it's doable.

Per a local stereo shop, it's easily done. I'm just not sure which wires to tap into and how to get them into an AV cable. Hope to find a video or pics showing what needs to be done.

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
There is a connector behind the dash which requires the lower dash to be removed, and it's easy to remove with just a few fasteners. I had a camera relocation kit in my 2013 and I had to unplug that connector and plug that into the radio with a cable, similar to what you need to do here.

When you remove the lower dash, there are two connectors that look similar that are to the left of the steering wheel, one above the other, kinda just above where the change drawer on the dash is.

I suggest that you search for the thread about putting the 2013 backup camera into the radio, someone has the instructions posted. I believe that you will find the info that you need on that link.

The stereo shop that installed my alpine nav system was able to connect my factory backup camera to it.
