O2 sensor simulator does any one make one anymore?

Well guys i had a wish list of parts that i was goin to buy from URD RACING as a Christmas gift to my sefl this year!

1. Equal lenght header
2. Y pipe
3. O2 sensor simulator

But, URD racing, Discontinued the O2sensor simulator so now im at A LOST. can any one direct me to some one that makes it so i can buy it from them!

I tried to call there phone number to get some info out of them but no answer!

 

Yea you will only get it’s a heater grid relay for a diesel… that can be used for other stuff for off road use.

 

Man I just wish that whomever was making them for URD starts his on deal and selling them on tacoma world different name but the same simulator urd had in there web page. At this point I would pay double the price for it if I could get one!

 

I don't know the real story but I'm betting that URD had to take that product down. You'll probably be hard pressed to find it anywhere unless someone is selling one used.

 

I have $300.00 for one to whom ever could manufacture 1 for a 2010 tacoma!

Back in the day we used these on our o2 to pass emissions.

 

I was going to suggest that, but it's more of a temporary solution. Some places might fail the vehicle if they see it.

It's really not rocket surgery, you can build your own for a couple of bucks it's just an RC network. That's all that was in the URD magic box, but yes sucks they stopped selling it. I've had mine for many years and it's still going strong!

i can make it if i had a schematic of how its made and parts used. lol

nvm. i can see why some companies stop making them. most if not all of the ones that have to be wired also needs for the chip to be programmed.

in this case pulse timing is different for each vehicle. so custom and trial and error. maybe they were getting too many people complaining it not working and giving refunds enough to a point where they decided to stop selling them

making the device is legal. what someone does with it after its sold is entirely up to the consumer. its like how auto parts stores sells spark plug defoulers. the stores dont get in trouble for it if the customer decided to use it for there secondary 02 sensor

 

As of December 2020 manufacturer is illegal as well.

Not at all telling anyone what to do. Could really not care less what anyone does to the bullcrap the fedgov mandates. Just saying that solicitation of manufactur of a device to defeat emissions controls for money, is solicitation of a criminal act.

I could care less. I have interest in making one as it doesn't benefit me.nor do I have the need for one.

But if items like that are illegal to manufacturer. Then someone should tell AutoZone and O'Reilly and everyone else that there products are illegal. Lol
