Sorry if I am posting in the wrong group but since a lot of people have bought a grille, some might have dealt with them. I ordered from that site and they sent the wrong stuff. I am trying to reach them by email, without any success after 10 days. I can't find a phone number to reach them

Has anybody had the same experience with them? How did you resolve it?

i just ordered a trd pro grill for my 21 4runner from them. i emailed to check if it was in stocked and they replied within the day. There are a lot of good reviews on there so i figure why not. Any chance you got ahold of them yet?

 

Yes, and no. I got no answer back from them. But... I used a cross-border mail depot as an address. Since I am in Canada, shipping is not free and it was around 60 US$+brokerage fee+taxes. I use this service so I could leverage free shipping and save on the brokerage. It is a 2-hour round trip from Montreal. The depot received a package a few days ago after my first email. It is probably my part missing. It has a value of 31 $US. At the price of the gas in Montreal, with the round trip, I am at 41 USD expense to get it.

So from my experience, if you are in the US and without any special instructions. you should be fine. BTW, don't trust the reviews, mine is still not on the page.

 

Damn that’s a lot of driving to get your packages. I’m in the US but based in Hawaii so shipping is always an expense for me can never get it free sometimes it cost more then actual product. Wish I saw this before I placed my order, all I can do now hope for the best.

 

Did you get what you ordered? I’m in HI too and seeing if I should place an order or not.
