I received my alu cab load bar. I have so many bolts and nuts that only total of 8 can be used. I'm thinking that they included too much bolt and less of the cup bolts.

The instructions are low quality pdf - I can't zoom in without pixelation.

    http://www.alu-cab.co.za/images/fitment/Load-Bar-Foot-Mount.pdf

I feel like I'm buying a product from China. No freaking instructions that came with it. Also the online instructions are not worded per USA. In their website they call it "fitment" and the instructions about the load bar us different from what I got (footing is different). There is a separate instructions on that. SMH.

So in the photo, one bolt up top and one bolt at the bottom. The pdf looks like there should be 2 at the bottom but they only gave me 4 total.

My install in the photo is not correct. I figured most it but is there suppose to be only one bolt up top and two at the bottom?

Is that strong enough to help up a roof top tent?

Just got these same bars and am a bit confused myself...

They include 8 carriage bolts total, which would make it seem they want you to use 2 per mounting bracket; but their own PDF shows one carriage bolt per bracket?

I guess it's better safe than sorry, and I'll be using 2 on each bracket, but still... Get your stuff together, Alu-Cab, I'm a drooling moron and the fewer factors that are in play to confuse me, the better!

Ome heavy duty rear leaf springs. El112r. Canopy is semi camperized, pull out tool storage , solar power with rear agm deep cycle battery. Light bars. Front rear sides. Roof basket.
How are you guys mounting these rails? Bed or canopy or cab? I want to put mine on the cab but in the picture they show a raised drip rail track. But cant find that part.. maybe its just generic?

I just finished mounting my load bars to my Alu-Cab Canopy. I used (2) carage bolts for the feet and (1) hex bolt for the bar itself. Only issue I’m having is getting the bars squared up. It seems the canopy cones backwards towards the tailgate. So my back bar sticks out over the mounting feet a lot more than the front one. The front sits flush. I’m OCD and this is rather annoying, but something I’m gonna have to deal with. Also, I had to ditch the plastic end cap covers for the bars as they just fall off … Here are the instructions I followed. https://www.alu-cab.com/wp-content/...Load-Bar-Table-Slide-Fitment-Instructions.pdf
