Here is the electrical prints. http://www.customtacos.com/tech.old...toyewd/06toypdf/ewd/2006/tacoma/h/em01d14.pdf

You can't always tell if a fuse is blown by visual means, use a meter.

The Flasher Module is behind the interior fuse panel. Both the turn signals and the Hazard lights are controlled by the flasher module.

my hazards still click and light up, but i have no turn signal lights or clicking do you think it might be the flasher relay , was told that the relay includes flasher and turn signal the dealer gave me the part number of 81980-02030. If this sounds familiar i could really use your help.

    thanks

If you can find and identify the turn signal relay, then you should hear it clicking if it is getting power when you have the turn signal on. No clicking, no power to the relay or most likely a bad relay.

Does your truck have DRL? Might make a difference in diagnosing. Definitely makes a difference in which flasher you buy.
