I need some help. Was looking at the Nitto ridge grappler in the 285/70/17 load c. And I’m wanting to know how much they weigh? If you go onto their website, both the load c and e are the same weight at 57.5lbs but I was told by a couple people the load c Nitto in that size is weighing lower at 54lbs. Can anyone give straight facts haha. Thanks guys.

I found a couple of post on here saying they actually weigh between 52 and 54 pounds. Can anyone comment? Lol

Doesn’t it really matter, if you want them just put them on.

    The Nitto Ridge Grappler 285/70R17 116Q (B rated - 4 ply, 44psi max) weighs 48.74 lbs.
    The Nitto Ridge Grappler LT285/70R17 C 116/113Q (C rated - 6 ply, 50 psi max) weighs 57.89 lbs.
    The Nitto Ridge Grappler LT285/75R17 E 121/118Q (E rated - 10 ply, 80 psi max) weighs 64.4 lbs.

That is quite a difference from bottom to top! For my mall crawler, a C rating should be more than enough. E is overkill.

Also considering the BFG All-Terrain T/A KO2 LT285/70R17 116C. Quite a bit lighter than the Nitto at 50.3 lbs.
