I just purchased and installed the new N-FAB EpYx steps on my 2020 Tacoma TRD Off Raod. The wife and daughter wanted steps and I didn't. Guess who won!

In all seriousness, this step bar fit great and looks great, while serving a purpose. They hug up to the truck tight and carry a very low profile. Let me know what ya think!

Thanks for posting this. I've been having an internal battle between side steps or rock sliders, but need to be realistic about my expectations for the truck.

The build quality and price point looks like these would be a good value, especially with free shipping...my little girls would appreciate the extra step too haha.

No problem. I was having the same issue. Right after I installed them, I was having second thoughts about their appearance; however, I love the way they look and function now. They fit the truck very well.

I think those look great! But good you had the Fam in mind.
But I also think those eat up a ton of clearance and will eventually smack ground, if you go offroad at all. If not, this comment is useless to you. I like the nerf bar style, I have TygerAuto Blade Style. These don't cost me any clearance.

Is this step low enough to be useful? I currently have 5" oval tubes on mine and they're too high to be used as a step comfortably. I'm currently looking into the OEM predators, but this might be a better option.

They are low enough to provide step supports and hug up enough to still maintain a low profile look.

On a 4x4? If you don’t take it off road great otherwise your going to be smacking and getting hung up on those when hitting the trail. Also makes it look like a mall queen as it obviously isn’t intended to go off road with those.

If you like N-Fab then you should look into these:
    https://n-fab.com/rkr-rock-rails
Steps when you want them and just take them off when you hit the trails. Best of both worlds.
