New wheel and tires causing high pitch howl on the highway?

I wanted to get some feedback on a new noise. 2 weeks ago I put on my new wheel and tire set. Ray10 16x8 and Nitto ridge grapplers in 265/75r16 standard load. This set up replaced my stock 17" sport wheels and Wilpeaks.

Right after I put the new set on, I started to get a howl on the highway from 65ish plus mph. I know aggressive all terrains are going to make noise as I was used to the wild peaks. The grapplers have the typical slight all terrain hum at most speeds. When I get to higher speeds the tire noise seems to turn into a high pitch howl. Sounds like when you blow lightly into a glass bottle. To me it sounds different that normal AT or MT tire hum but these are deff the most aggressive tires I have ever owned so I don't have much to compare too. It almost sounds like high pitched resonance. It not terribly loud and easily drowned out by low volume music.

I can almost rule out a rear diff issue as the it 100% speed dependent. Doesn't matter if I'm on or off the gas or coasting or staying steady speed, the noise stays the same. Throttle input doesn't change it all. My 3rd gen company truck has the 3rd gen diff howl and this is different. Similar sound but you have the feather the throttle to make it happen on the 3rd gen.

The noise does seem to change a bit depending on the highway surface. The noise doesn't really change if I try steering side to side. When I got the new tires I had the alignment checked and it was perfectly in spec(got an alignment last year) so no adjustments were made. Tire PSI is currently 30 rear and 32 front.
I had the truck at the dealer a few weeks ago and all suspension components are tight. Since the noise just started with the new wheels and tires I would think it wouldn't be a mechanical issue.

Anyone else get this noise? It's not loud, but deff there.

Tires were thrown out except for one I kept as a spare.

I'm pretty in tune with noises on this truck as I drive it a lot. Noise deff was not there with the old tires.

Those little hairs on the tread of new tires will make alot of noise but will quiet down once they wear off.

Ok then it's settled. Your new tires are noisier than your old ones.

My Duratracs had a howl above 55 mph, a bit like semi truck tires, not unexpected when it's marketed as "commercial traction".

It deff sounds like when you drive next to a box truck or semi on the highway and you hear the high pitch howl, just much quieter.

I'm fine with noise just seemed odd but it makes sense as these tires are more aggressive than the wilpeaks they replaced.
