Not in Wichita Ks, Eddy’s Toyota is absolutely the worst of the scum. They own multiple dealerships and the Cadillac bunch let their drug dealer drive an Escalade for months before they reported in stolen, only after it was involved in a hit and run where the guy ran over a police officer. I have no idea why any car manufacturer would want to be associated with them.

Ours is pretty awesome. The one two hours away wouldn’t stop asking me out.

When I was in high school I worked at a car dealership washing cars, sweeping the shop, etc and I saw some really sleazy salesmen. Some of these guys would have killed their mother for a nickel. I remember a few years after getting married my wife and I went to buy a car and the dealer wouldn’t let us drive the car we went to look at, they tried to get us to drive another car, needless to say we walked.

I had this when I bought the taco. Traded in a JKR with some goodies and wanted a lift and tires to finish the deal on the taco. They agreed, signed papers with agreed upon numbers. 2 days later I come to get the truck it’s stock and they’re arguing with me that it’s lifted. Plus they also tried to raise my payment and add shit into my contract after the fact. Pulled the we need to redo the contract, it didn’t print right the first time Even filed a complaint with Toyota corporate, pretty much stated there is Nothing they’re going to do. I won’t be buying another Toyota after this. 1st and last.

Had no choice I already pulled 7 grand in options from my built Jeep. Wasn’t going to put it all back on. Tie rod, bumpers winch, full armor, lift, head unit, cams, etc. wheels tires. I already bought the taco. They were supposed to be putting the lift on and all I had to do was pick it up. This all literally happened at delivery.

I negotiated an OTD price via text messages with this Russian sales guy. When I got the price I wanted, I said ok I’m coming in to sign the papers. Of course when I get there the price has magically increased by several thousand. I said WTF and he says he never agreed to that price. Fortunately I still had his text messages and they conceded on the price. Of course I had an attitude after that and the Russkie asks me what’s wrong bro? Why so angry? I said well you guys are lying thieves for a start lol. Great experience Toyota. If I could have done Carvana I would have!!

I looked at some Carvana vehicles and was very nervous about making a purchase, and ultimately declined. Many of the ones I looked at (Wranglers and Taco's predominately) had obvious discrepancies between the pictured vehicle and the printed window sticker. Then they want you to trust them enough to give them all your bank info so they can withdraw the down payment, but they will give it back if you don't want it when it gets delivered, minus the shipping fee if you don't buy. Sketchy as fuck.

I was dealing with Dealer A. Had a good price. They said they would give me x$ for my trade in. (Gave me the paperwork)
They write up the sale paperwork and my trade in dropped $8k
    Walked away
Went that Thursday to look at a Cav Blue at a diff dealer. They gave me within $2k on the same trade. Got the Finance managers demo with 16000km on it that he added a bunch of stuff to. Was a mall crawler for him. TRD Skid plate still looked new. Came with $18,000+ options from Toyota. LiftKit Intake, exhaust , wheels, rubber mat, tunnel cover, tint, boards ext. Premium Package TRD Sport and got it for less than the OTD on a new one.
This deal was done by time I left the store Thurs night. Picked it up Sat and they had done a full detail, service , tire rotate.
Got them to throw in extended warranty for 2/3 price and free oil changes for life (no milage limit.

I was so disappointed with the first dealer,. I actually walked in with the sheet (V-Auto)they gave me on the trade in price and asked WTF are you trying to pull!!! When I got the V-Auto sheet from the second dealler it was almost identical to the ones the firat shop came up with and they gave me a trade price only $2k less

I even thought of going back and throwing it all in the face of the first dealer.

I know the 2nd truck had almost 16000km but I was given the build sheet. Parts alone were $18,000 not including labour and they threw in oil changes (Toyota syn and filter) and warenty.

Sometimes just walking away is the right move.

Well this time for me it was and I am greatfull.

Oh ya. They gave me all the tear offs. So I sold the original wheel set, have a spare exhaust, intake, fog lights, grill that I am slowly selling.
