What's TW, I just got to Oahu and need some help. I need to find a safety inspection spot that isn't too strict on the tint %. Just got in from Las Vegas and am pretty dark and would like to keep it that way, anyway PM me and TIA!

Goodluck on finding a shop that will pass you, most shops that use to do this lost their license. Best best to change them out so you don't get any hassles, at least the 2 fronts.

That's what I'm figuring it's just a hassle to do for probably being here only a few years...

But I used to have a guy I would go to who would pass anyone. No mo

That dude gets shut down or goes on random "concert tour" vacations. Not really reliable. And not really worth the trouble...just re-do the front two as others have stated above.

Ever since the state started the new system where they need to take pictures of your car on their ipad, no one wants to take the chance of loosing their license. Had a place up in Kunia who was just selling the stickers, sight unseen, and they got busted. New owners now.
