Hey! I recently *cleaned up* on a craigslist find for some kinds coilovers with res (no compression) and some heim joint Total Chaos UCA's. $325 after selling some deaver springs.

I bought my truck two months ago with plans to lift it, and figured i'd rebuild both of these and freshen them up. Also got a set of newish (3k miles) TSB springs I'm adding a 2" wheelers AAL too with some 1-year old OME shocks in back. that's the plan for now as I've gotten a good deal on all the things and will upgrade the rear end when I add some mort weight beyond the camper and drawers to it.

That being said, what do I need to know about the king's? I'm guessing they are 2.5's as that seems to be the most standard and 3's seem to be long travel. The front end was all mounted together, but is that considered a mid travel front end? truck it came off of didn't have a bumper, and neither did mine, but I plan on putting one on eventually.

Any tips on rebuilding as well?

    here's two photos!IMG_0629.jpg IMG_0631.jpg

Obviously need to get cleaned quiteeee a bit.

Looks like someone installed a zerk fitting on the uniball cup too? :anonymous:

Definitely 2.5s not 3.0s. Send them off to Downsouth motorsports for a rebuild and re-spring if need be.

Ugh, I know. Idk why they’d do that. Maybe they were squeaky and the guy wanted a fix. I plan on replacing them. Is it worthwhile to ad a delta joint instead? What’s the price difference?

Hate to revive this, but was just looking at getting some seal kits and there are tons of options. Any idea which kit these get? I'm lost. Thanks!
