New Tacoma car care nut YouTube video

Saw that the car care nut has a new YouTube video about a 2023 Tacoma. The owner had put after market led tail lights on and it caused and electrical problem.
Definitely a cautionary tale.

Just watched the video and noticed the bed was blue and the cab was luner rock. Did you notice that too??

 

That 7.5 amp fuse should have blown long before that foil run smoked in the fuse block. I'd bet the owner stuck a higher amperage fuse in there before he smoked the fuse block.

 

I did notice the different colors. Was wondering if the front was a wrap since it had large ants on it. Guessing the guy may be an exterminator?

There is so much cheap crap out there. Make sure to do your homework first. This place is a good start. I've been happy with my stock set up so no desire to mess with anything electrical for now.
