New Grille - vendor question

After 17 years, I am looking to do a little refresh on my front end and am thinking of getting one of these TRD Pro-style grilles, as they are within my budget right now.


I found a couple of online vendors that have decent pricing and at least a handful of seemingly legit reviews and pictures of actual Tacos.

Has anyone ordered from any of these three websites and have any experiences (either good or bad)? I wasn't able to find much info on TW about any of these sites. Thanks in advance.

 

They're all just reselling the same Chinese aftermarket grills. You can probably find a local reseller on FB market if you want to check one out before you buy.

 

I had a pro grill on my 08 but it looked a little different than the ones you see all of the time. The quality was great. I had no issues. The site was called toyotaproshop but it seems to no longer exist.

 

I looked for this one but couldn't ever find it. I don't like the smile that the front bar has on the ones I see for sale. Let us know if you ever find it.

 

I should have taken that one off and put the stock one back on before I sold that truck. I'm sure someone would have bought it from me.

 

Pulle the trigger in the Pro-style grille from Vipih. They had the best pricing and some actual photos of Tacos with the grille installed.

Its ground shipping from Cali to NJ so won't have it for another week. I'll post up some pics once it arrives.

I got mine from KOK.
Price was competitive,
It came in the color scheme I wanted with letters
Was missing the rubber strip so I emailed them and they sent me one

Was in stock
And one of the only sellers with that style that had the 4 LED’s I wanted

as opposed to sellers offering 3 which makes no sense and defeats the point of that grill with its many holes

installed the grill but not yet the LEDs. My goal is to mount them low enough to where they can be seen under the bull bar

I’ve seen pictures where people paint body match the outer portion and it looks good
But inspecting it in hand seems like a nightmare to mask things off to do such a thing
So like most people, I slapped it in how it shows in the pictures
