I was just watching the Dissecting a Cyber Truck YouTube video when I came across the new Falken Wildpeak AT4W tire. The tread design looks similar to the AT3W but the edge of each block has changed and the sidewall is different. I took a couple screen shots for reference.

Nice find on the video. I just wish the truck wasn't so ugly, but welcome to the future. Oh, the tires look good too. I wonder when those will be available.

Awesome find! Some of us have been looking for photos/videos about the AT4W for a while. Im not sure why Falken hasn’t been promoting it at all. Kinda weird.

I sure hope the 255/85r16 rumors turn out to be true

I wonder if they are specifically EV tires? There are some brands out there that have EV tires, which are different, wonder if this could be their version?

I have not heard these rumors. Where did you hear about that possibility?? That would be fantastic.

I bet it would be the best selling 255/85/16 tire by far. So many people want an all terrain in that size.

I’m hoping no one confused my post where I shared the email from them responding to my question about 265/75/16.

As long as it wasn’t too heavy I’d be buying it immediately. I’m basically just waiting to see and if there’s no better AT tire in that size within a few months I’m likely buying 17s for the better skinny options. If only wheel manufacturers would start making skinny wheels.

Yeah I hear that. I’ve considered switching to 17’s for the same reason. I like my Grabbers enough that I haven’t done it yet.

I've got geolander g003s on my taco and my dad has 255/85r16 st maxx on his old 2500 dodge. I'm a big fan of my yokos and I do alot of hwy. The weight was a deciding factor for me. I'm still not seeing why people say mts are so sketchy in winter. They seem the same as my duratracs or k02s were. Being super narrow is no doubt helping alot.

I would go so far as to say they are less sketchy then my 35/12.50r17 k02s. Those tires were terrible. My yokos measure about the same as dad's stmaxx but a good half in narrower.

I have the Geolandars currently and although I haven’t had a chance to put them really thru their paces I just don’t see a big enough benefit over an AT (I had Wildpeaks before and LOVED them).

I like the larger, 33”, size compared to my 265/75R16 I had previously but I liked the ride and noise level of the Wildpeaks. The Geolandars are totally manageable but their only benefit to me is the larger diameter. If I can get a 33” AT (that isn’t 285 wide) then that will just be a better solution for me. And there’s still life in my Yokos so if I switch now I should be able to sell them.
