These will work without modification with my Kings Extended Travels up front correct? How will the Uni Balls do in the Salt Belt though

    What shock are you running?
The uniballs will do fine as long as they are properly maintained. Have seen them do great in salt and snow and also seen guys who don't maintain them in dry heat have issues.

You have no idea how much fun it is! :)

Ideally you don't want your setup to be lighter than what OE already is, as they are one of the multiple contributing factors of steering wheel vibration.

Hey @TOTAL CHAOS what are the chances that you can retrofit an Icon Delta Joint on the lower control arm? They are made to replace WSSX16T uniballs after all.

You could do that if you wanted. We haven't had any issues with the uniball as long as its properly maintained.

*Note* I misread the post, Delta Joint will not work in LCAs only in UCAs

So there shouldn't be any issues with the taper pin making the joint sit slightly higher or lower inside of the factory lower ball joint adapter bracket?

I apologize I misread your post (long day). The delta will not work for the lowers, only the uppers.

I've been told a few times that but never been explained why it won't. What's stopping them from working on the lowers if you have a moment to explain?

Icon doesn't offer a Delta Joint with the correct taper to fit in the lower ball joint cradle.

Not for a Delta Joint. Those only work for the UCAs.
