It's honestly not as bad as you think. I wouldn't mind helping, but we should set a time and see who else we can throw into the mix. Also depends on where.

Couple things to keep in mind:
When pulling all the parts of the drums, make sure you place them down in the orientation you took them off so you wont forget when you put it back together with the new stuff.
Keep a sledgehammer around in case your rotors are stuck on good.
Get a vacuum brake bleeder (assuming you may do it solo in the future).
Get extra brake fluid in case you accidentally lose some when swapping parts over.
Clamp off the soft brake line parts with vice grips of some sort, but put a towel over the line so you don't accidentally tear it. This will assist in preventing unnecessary air getting into the lines.

I've done brakes on my truck, it's really not that difficult, and I'm not too far away from you. Trouble is getting schedules to line up.

I build them as much as possible off the truck, put the retaining pins in with the springs, then connect all the springs. Little more involved than that but it is the easiest way I've found to do drums

John - Can you set up a poll for weekends in January? Selfishly, I can't do Saturday the 14th but I can do any other day

    Brewery: https://lostshoebrews.com/

Seems pretty central to a lot of us, I think.

Plus we'll have the toys for tots "meet" coming up soon.

The Landcruiser I worked on got failed in Mass because of the e-brake. I adjusted it according to the manual and they failed it again. Apparently they test it by having the car in drive and the engine at 1,100 RPM’s. What the hell Mass?!

Yup. Sucks to deal with. My tacoma is geared and has an auto rear locker and manual and they expect the ebrake to practically stall the truck for a sticker
