Never working with Suspension Connection again

I ordered a pair of Fox 2.5 coilovers from them along with Fox 2.0s, received the 2.0's quickly. The 2.5's said on their website it could be 5 weeks so I call 5 weeks into waiting to get an update, received an email saying it would be 16-20 weeks. Being a business owner myself I understand the supply chain/shipping issues currently affecting the world. I ask to cancel the order and the person (Keyra Kristoffersen) became rude and hung up when I asked to speak with a supervisor. I called back hoping it was an accident, asked for her name to which she replied "I'm not going to give you that" and hung up again. Called their main line and cancelled my order with someone else and they mentioned they'd received multiple complaints about the same person and all they offered was that they would talk with her about it. Took my business to Wheelers Offroad who had them in stock, let's hope for a different outcome!
