When I take out my lift, I will need to take out the front differential drop.

I'm taking it out because I am prefer the original height.

Here is the diff drop kit that I currently have installed from ToyTec lifts.

I do not have any of the original parts for the differential. Mechanic tossed those when I put the differential drop in several years ago. Can I reuse any of the parts from the current diff drop kit to get it back to OEM specs? What original parts would I be lacking here to get the front differential back to OEM specs?

    Thank you

It's been a while since I installed my diff drop, but I think you'd just need the shorter bolts that go through the spacer pucks. I think I kept my originals if you'd want them.

Yes that would be awesome, if you don't mind... I could send you a prepaid label too actually. Are you saying I just need the original bolts that correspond to the "(2) 8 x 40mm bolts" in this diff-drop kit? Do I need any of the original washers or anything else.

So I am thinking a lot of the kit were just fresh but redundant parts???

    Thank you !!

Usually the kits include longer big bolts and spacer pucks, and then a couple of other smaller bolts with spacer pucks for the skid plate and washers for both. You may be able to reuse the skid plate bolts that came with the diff drop kit.

Oh Ok.. and I'm pretty experienced with the skid plate bolts.. I've had to replace them several times since I've had this lift put in. So its just take out the diff drop spacers and the 8 x 40mm bolts and put in the stock bolts?? Sounds super easy.

So to put the differential back into OEM specs its just take out the diff drop spacers and the 8 x 40mm bolts and put in the stock bolts????

2 Didn't I already answer this for you? Why did you need to make a new thread, rather than ask for clarification?
