I dont need a harness, I'm looking for the schematics to the oem radio harnesses.
Steering, backup camera, just want to know if anyone has a link to explain where the wires are pinned, and their connection. Thanks

Installing kenwood Head Unit, steering wheel harness connector was purchased, along with speaker harness, but they have to be wired direct to truck.

something is specifically wrong with this information.

toyota has used the same connectors for stereos since the 1980 to 2023. there is absolutely no connector that isn't well documented and has multiple resale channels that it can be easily purchased at.

where did the information come from that you must hack up your factory wiring harness to accommodate a new radio installation?

I have everything hooked up so far except the backup camera and the parking switch in the reverse connection.

Are you using the maestro RR ? That is the reverse trigger wire that turns on your back up camera through the RR wiring harness I believe. The parking brake wire, send me a dm .

Im assuming it would be R31-2 (shift lever NOT IN REVERSE) for the reverse wire from the HU.
Then R31-15 (parking brake switch OFF)
My confusion surrounds the fact that according to the harness pinout, R30-7 is listed as a dual purpose, but it is also shown to be ground. Any clarity?
