I bumped into a wall a little too hard and broke the lower front bumper valance. I'm an idiot. I'm going to order replacement part number: 5391104210. I have a Sport which is color matched, but want to do a black one like the Pro or OR. Is this exactly the same without the paint or are is Pro/OR painted a matte black?

Yes. they are the same. What you are wanting to do, is EXACTLY what I did to my own 2019 TRD Sport! I have a quicksand color, and it came with color keyed bumpers too, with that same front valance as you call it, painted the same quicksand color. While at the time I thought it was ok, what happened to mine over time was, that since I have done a lot of highway driving, that front valance got really pitted and even "cut" because it is made of a soft material. I couldn't stand it any longer, so I ordered a black one online from an aftermarket vendor. It came primed in black already, and quite frankly, I was torn between just going ahead and installing it like that since it looked good already, or to paint it the same color black. I ended up putting a coat of black plasti-dip on it that I had a can of, lying around. It looks totally great, and it is of a much harder material. And for me, I totally liked that valance a whole lot better with the valance being painted black, as opposed to the OEM color keyed quicksand one. I have a hood bug deflector on that i installed when I first got the truck, as I just liked the way it looked and not for bug protection, so to speak. And like most of us, I swapped out and installed a TRD Pro grill. So in looking at it front the front, by switching this front valance to a black one, it actually provides a much more overall "balance" to the front of the truck. Check out my profile pic and you will see what I mean!

Or just take the color keyed one off your truck came with and vinyl wrap it either yourself or someone locally who does vinyl wrap. That’s what I did.

You said you broke yours though which sucks.

You're welcome. I had been looking at these in the past so was a little familiar with what you wanted. I wrapped mine in flat black but may eventually bite the bullet and get one for myself. Easy to install. Good luck

Here is a pic of my truck with the new valance on the front. This was one of the best things I have done to the front of my truck!TRDnewheadlights20210521b.jpg

Not the best video, but here is one dude's approach.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGD1iJzDGHU

There are clips on the lower bumper valance which are secured with these T shaped wedge things. Those are how you remove and install that piece. According to dude's video (above) you need to pull the grill (super simple).

There may be a better video out there, that's just the first one I found.

I honestly can't remember! I just went and looked and I could have sworn that i had made a short video of me removing the OEM one and then installing this replacement, but I couldn't find it. I do know that there are videos out there on how to do it, just do a search. I will say that it was remarkably simple though, and for me, well worth it. I like the way it looks as it balances the black in the grill, etc. But also, the OEM one which was color-keyed to match the rest of the truck, was made of a soft material and became pitted with rocks, etc, hitting it. I hated that! So this one I replaced it with, is made of a harder plastic, which i spray painted with plastidip before installing it, even though it came already primed black. But it has been great so far, with no pitting at all.

They're not the same, they have a different texture on the plastic if it is intended to be painted or not.

53911-04210 - Panel, Front Valance (without TRD Sport Package, No Paint Required)
53911-04901 - Panel, Front Valance (with TRD Sport Package, Comes Unpainted)

I bought an OEM one years ago since my color matched one was ripped off.

I think it was about $120-130. Simple pop on and off as long as all the tabs are there.

I got a black bumper section for my quicksand sport shortly after I bought it because I liked it better (also the black SR grille). I got the SR version which is unpainted and not meant to be painted. The higher grade models have a black painted bumper which is more expensive and will be subject to paint chipping unlike the unpainted version. My unpainted bumper still looks great after over 5 years.

Yeah, google the part number or panel front valance, and you will come up with aftermarket ones like i did. I think I paid $50 for mine, and it is SO much better than the OEM one! Mine came preprimed, but I painted it with plastidip because i liked the texture of that. IF you click on my profile pic, you will see how it looks.
