Hello TW need some help trying to figure this out.

    Everything worked before.

So I got led turn signals for the front, plugged one in and checked it, it worked. So I didn’t think anything off it went to check it again being that it was all plugged in, now none of the turn signals or hazards work. So did some TW research and checked all the fuses the horn fuse was blown, cool replaced it still nothing. Checked all the fuses all good. Still nothing. Replaced the flasher relay with a cheap led flasher relay from eBay with the regular bulbs, still nothing. Went to junk yard got a Toyota flasher relay and the hazard button/clock thinking it might be that and still nothing. I checked wires everything is good being that everything worked before I put in the led turn signals. I’m stuck and don’t know what else to do.

There are two fuses that supply power to the Turn Hazard Flasher Module:

    1. IG1 Fuse 10 Ampere.
    2. TRN-HAZ Fuse 15 Ampere.

Are they both good? You said you replaced the Flasher Controller so there isn't much left to the circuit:

I'll bet you didn't buy CK bulbs. You need CK style LEDs for the front.

No, it isn't the horn fuse.

The Horn Fuse is labeled "HORN" 10 ampere and is in the fuse box under the hood.

The TRN-HAZ 15 ampere fuse is labelled "TRN-HAZ" and is also in the under the hood fuse box.

The IG1 10 ampere fuse is labelled "IG1" and is in the fuse panel to the left of the steering wheel in the cab.

Did you eyeball them or check them with a meter?

Eyeballing is not 100 correct or accurate.

I eyeballed it. Do you think it could have blown something being that the fuses are good? Cause I shit you not it was good before I put those cheap leds in. What a headache

You cannot tell a blown fuse by looking at it, you need a multimeter to check resistance. A good fuse should read 0 ohms across it.

Look at the prints I posted above.

I would undo everything that was done up to now and put it back to stock.

Screw LED's. They aren't worth the headache.

    LED bulbs all around
2001 Tacoma SR5 4cyl 5spd. 213k miles. I've got a very similar issue. I changed out to all LEDs and my front turn signal got wet and blew the LED. I replaced it with a new LED and now turn signals and hazards do not work at all. I tried a real bulb and still no luck. Turn signals do absolutely nothing but I can hear the flasher click once when I try to turn the hazards on. Fuse looked good but that was at 5AM, I'll meter it tonight.

Another issue that may be related, my dome light (LED) glows very dim when the door is opened and does not go full on till the key is turned on. Im thinking that there is a ground issue somewhere that could be a common cause of both of my problems.
