Doesn't it just get mounted to itself?

That’s what I was thinking too. Lol no issues with the travel mounted that way?

That 90* bend coming out of the shock body is interesting. Seems like the hose would be too kinked to mount the resi to the body like shown in the other pic posted. That being said the hose looks too short to mount them anywhere besides on the shock body. Did they come with anything to mount them with?

They came with the clamp to attach them to the shock

Haha well yeah use those. It's how they are supposed to be mounted. Shouldn't be any issues.

IMG_9238.jpg @MMoreno16 how did you end up mounting them? Just got the same shocks, and wondering if the reservoirs clear everything hanging down this low.

I’ll send some pics tomorrow. I made it work although I did have a slight issue with the metal clip for the brake line scrapping the reservoir when in full travel.

I pretty much mounted them just like that, you just have to be sure that everything is clear when the shock will be in full travel

I had those shocks on my 2nd gen. Keep an eye on them cause they can rotate and the tire rubs them.

Here’s a pic of the passenger side... I had to rotate them slightly the clear that metal clip. All is well now.

The scratches came from before I moved them inward

I mounted mine on my frame the same as 2.5s get mounted. I'm trying to add pictures but can't figure it out on the website. It looks awesome, all I needed to get was the Fox universal mounting bracket for like $50 and it fit great. Can see the resi above the wheels and everything.
